FloriKids is a specialist children’s physiotherapy clinic offering personalised assessments and therapeutic treatments. We are based at 7 Chaplins Drive, Roade, NN7 2PX. All services are delivered by fully qualified, registered, and insured practitioners.

You must be 18 years or older to make a booking or payment through our website.
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email.
All new clients must complete a consent form and medical history prior to the first session.
FloriKids reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances, with as much notice as possible.
Appointments are subject to availability and may be confirmed upon full or partial payment, depending on the service.

We understand that plans change, but all cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to a non-refundable charge depending on the notice given:

Less than 72 hours | 50% of appointment fee |
More than 72 hours | 20% of appointment fee |
If FloriKids needs to cancel your appointment, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 working days.

FloriKids is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
All treatment is provided following clinical assessment. While we aim to deliver the highest standard of care, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
We advise following all aftercare instructions to maximise the benefit of treatment.
FloriKids is fully committed to safeguarding the wellbeing of all children and young people. All staff are DBS-checked and trained in child protection and safeguarding procedures.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
