I offer personalised paediatric physiotherapy designed to meet your child’s unique needs—whether they’re learning to sit, crawl, walk, or keep up with peers. With a gentle, child-focused approach, I work closely with families to create treatment plans that are effective, engaging, and empowering.
Together, we’ll support your child to move with confidence, grow with strength, and thrive every step of the way.
Comprehensive process used to gather information and evaluate various aspects of an individual’s condition, capabilities, needs, and goals, with identification of a condition or problem based on the results to guide effective treatment planning.
Stretching and strengthening activities designed to improve movement quality, increase range of motion, and support physical development through repetitive, targeted actions tailored to your child’s individual needs and abilities.
A gentle form of handling and facilitation that gives babies experiences of typical movement patterns and sequences to support their motor learning and development. This approach is commonly referred to as NDT Bobath in clinical practice.
Facilitates movement through guided, targeted patterns that stimulate the neuromuscular system. This technique—commonly known as PNF—encourages control, coordination, and improved motor function across various movement tasks.
Therapeutic approaches designed to shape and guide movement patterns in line with typical developmental sequences, helping children build the skills and confidence needed to move efficiently and independently in daily life.
Hands-on techniques used to restore joint mobility and improve range of motion, while releasing soft tissue restrictions through massage, manipulation, and mobilisation to support pain relief and functional movement.
Exercises and activities designed to enhance spatial awareness, coordination, and equilibrium—helping your child improve balance, body control, and stability across everyday tasks and physical play.
Focused interventions to build postural control, improve core strength, and support overall body alignment—helping your child maintain proper positioning while sitting, standing, or moving during functional activities.
A flexible, skin-friendly tape applied to support movement, reduce strain, and guide posture. This specialised tape mimics the hands of the physiotherapist and can remain on your child for up to five days for ongoing benefit.
As a parent or caregiver, understanding your child’s physical needs can sometimes feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide clear, personalised education and practical guidance to help you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
From understanding your child’s condition to applying effective techniques at home, my goal is to empower you with the tools and knowledge needed to support their progress. Whether it’s advice on daily routines, safe movement strategies, or how to adapt your home environment, I’ll work closely with you to create a plan that fits naturally into your family life.
You can always rely on me for honest, professional advice that’s rooted in experience and guided by your child’s best interests. Together, we’ll focus on meaningful goals and make physiotherapy a positive, manageable part of your everyday routine.
I work with children from birth right through to 16 years old. Each stage of childhood brings different developmental needs, and I tailor every session to suit your child’s age, ability, and goals—whether they’re an infant just beginning to move or a teenager needing support with coordination or mobility.
I support a wide range of conditions including developmental delays, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, joint and muscle pain, posture or gait issues, and neurological challenges. If you’re unsure whether physiotherapy is right for your child, I’m always happy to talk it through and offer guidance based on their specific needs.
Each session lasts around 45 minutes and includes both assessment and hands-on treatment using fun, play-based activities to keep your child engaged. You’ll also receive a personalised home exercise plan to continue progress between sessions. My approach is always gentle, child-led, and focused on building confidence, function, and movement.
